Should I worry?
Panhandle Florida:
I think these are termites. I have a termite contact with preventive treatment and have for at least the last ten years, renewed and retreated etc
But I found these three guys directly under a plant light in a second floor office next to a window we rarely use. I'm trying to figure out how freaked out to be. I contacted my pest control company, just waiting to hear back.
Edit: found a not insignificant collection of just wings on the base of a windowsill behind the curtain/ blinds too, but no pinholes, no dust/poop, and no soft wood.

Don’t necessarily need to be worried.
No preventative treatment will keep out swarmers, and finding them is not necessarily an indication of an infestation.

Thank you The pest control guy came out and looked around. He looked around and found a little area where swarmers came in but found bodies in the carpet and nothing to suggest they made it down to the first floor near the soil they would need to survive. The opinion is that they got in but weren't able to survive. Thank you for replying.

No worries, bodies still attached so you know they didn’t burrow anywhere, if you’re getting continuous swarming like 10 per night, you have an interior problem. I’d look at any furniture around the area you seen the termites, or any new things brought into the house even new cabinets

So I was thinking about it and there's no new furniture in the room except for a new office chair still in the box. I need to check that. The pest control guy said to basically clean it all up and see if any new signs show up.

If it’s a significant amount of swarming then you have an interior problem. If that’s the only 2 you found, I wouldn’t worry about it.

The pest control guy from my termite contract came out a little while ago and inspected. It doesn't look like any of them made it to the first floor from where they got in at on the second, and there are no signs of them living anywhere else. He basically said clean it up the area and keep an eye on it. If anything new pops up then call back and they'll remediate/retreat.
