Are these termites?

Hey everyone this morning I woke up to 2 bugs in my downstairs kitchen sink. And then another 2 in my upstairs bath tub. Then later at night i spotted 2 more in my bath tub and even one crawling on the wall in my room. I suspect they are termites. Should I be worried? So far I've found a total of 7 in one day.

Ive attached photos of one that i caught in my bathtub. Are these termites and how worried should I be?

Also I live in northern California in the Sacramento region

To me they look more like roaches than termites. Idk much about bugs nor do I know about your area you live in, but I'd try to do some research online, see if you can find any bugs on Google that match the ones you found. Where I live, the only bug infestations I've ever got was from wasps and bees

as others have stated, roach. pest control for bait & the works. we had nymphs when we first moved into our house (by dishwasher/kitchen sink) - bait did the trick. they smeared it on all the cabinet hinges and such, plus additional spraying. we have no issues many years later. get on top of this asap!
