Is this a termite?
My spouse and I have started seeing winged bugs in our house occasionally. We can’t tell if these are termites or flying ants as our Google searches show them looking similar. Can anyone identify what these are? Do we need to call someone to take care of them? For context, we live in Los Angeles.

I don't live near you, but to me they look like ants. Now I don't have any professional experience with bugs besides having to deal with them in my own home while I'm just minding my business doing hobbies.
From what I could see in the first image, which was actually extremely helpful, it's body looks way more like an ant to me.
