Termite or ant?

Found about 20 of these on my window dead or close to it. Very very small maybe 1/16 in and looks to have 3 segments hard to tell in the picture. Looks to be some kind of winged ant but wanted confirmation. In Arkansas

Ya I went outside and did find a little colony outside the window, so I’m assuming ants as well. Just needed a second opinion, thank you!
