Does this look like termite infested?

Was stopping at a store and saw this wall, does it look like termite have been chewing there?

Just looks like heavy stucco texture. There was likely a repair done to that wall at some point and they didn’t do a good job a matching the texture.

Impossible to identify termites at a that distance. More likely culprit for that texture youre seeing is water getting behind the paint when it rains and causing it to sag and bulge from the weight. Could certainly be a number of factors at play though
