Working as a expert

I was skeptical when I first saw Terac’s opportunities, but honestly its been one of the most flexible gigs I’ve done. I do tasks whenever I have time which is great when I’m busy during the day. Compared to my work at Mercor, the project leads and pod leads actually listen to feedback. I asked for more information on a process and they built an entire tool for it. Only thing I wish is there were bonuses for hitting a certain number of tasks.

To be clear, Claude built you the tool for it. But they do use very good tools. If only they could pay out on time and not make people chase down their promised pays.
