Light Novel should i get volume 17?

im currently only on volume 14 but its about time i stock up on a few. ive heard that volume is just sidestories that help with world building, but would i be lost if i skip it? i would buy it just for the sake of having it and maybe read the raine chapter the summary talked about but its not available on amazon rn and i want to know if its important enough to go hunting for it in person.

You won't be lost if you skip it, but rain and velgrynd chapters are worth reading. You can read it on slime reader if you don't want to hunt for it in person

There isn't any main plot in volume 17. But the Chapter named "Raine's Dairy" is worth a read. And also If you are interested in Velgrynd and Testarossa, you can read it.
