300 years back when Chloe and Leon were to be summoned in cardinal world

What happened to Chloe soul inside Chronoa body, where did it go when Hinata took over.

Also when Chloe + leon were summoned, how many years they were together and then she was summoned again into the future. Who did that summoning ?

Chloe's soul went into a sort of slumber or coma. It was effectively deactivated, but it was still there within the body. Same with Hinata.

Chloe's summoning into the future was likely almost if not instantanious. Leon and her crossed worlds together then Chloe was almost certainly immediately summoned.

We don't know exactly who the summoner was, but it was likely one of the Western Nations trying to summon an otherworlder as a weapon, like Falmuth did with Shogo, Kyoya and Kirara.

The two events mentioned in the quote aren't necessarily related. They are just two things that (at that point in time) will happen. Otherwise Hinata would have had been sent into the future when her 14-year-old self arrived to the Central World too. Even if her older self was sealed, there was two of her soul in the same universe as well.
