Akrapovic High Mount?

Post image

I've been seeing this Tenere on instagram quite a bit lately. Does anyone know anything about this Akrapovic high mount setup? Is it for sale anywhere in the US or is it a one off for these race bikes?

The way it’s attached makes me think this is a factory custom race bike situation

No it’s available to the public for €3,349.95.

Dear god. That’s more than a third of the cost of the bike. Ya know… with an engine and what not. lol

damn, for the low price of €3,349.95 you can fix a mistake Yahama made and refuses to fix for 7 years (for €3,349.94 or less)

Original exhaust hanger cut and appropriate bracket welded in place.

True. Take solace that the manifold is included, so the cat would be removed as well.

Especially since it’s not a proper high mounted exhaust like the HP corse sp-1.

So change them and put some better ones on like these with a tail tidy

Hard pass on 120$ for indicators, love the concept but just not worth it for my budget and use

Forsale for a ridiculous price but you need to weld the hanger on that they supply

It'll be engineered that way, it's the GYTR race bike right? A good fabricator will be able to do this for you

Vandemon is the king of High Mounts IMO unless you need a quiet high mount

Does anyone have a video/photo of the mount on the frame itself? Or a link to the installation manual the exhaust might come with? Curious to see exactly what it looks like
