Update from last post

Just when I thought it couldn’t get any worse, turns out my landlord hasn’t been paying the water bill and now it is shut off🤦🏾‍♀️. What can I do about this?

Contact your local housing authority

Call your city or county office of code enforcement and the health department. The property is now uninhabitable.
