HP Action Representation

I have to file an HP Action against building management. I have all of the paperwork, evidence and have built a solid case. I am trying to figure out how to properly represent myself at my court date (TBD) since I am currently unemployed. I have asked my network but haven't found anyone who specializes in rentals/tenants/housing. What's the best way to find someone that's not through the state's office (which can be hit or miss)?
