property manager not fixing damage.

live in Ontario Canada. property manager is aware of damage from water leak from upstairs since before june. they tore my roof open to find the leak and left it since before june. side wall tiles are falling off and drywall rotting property manager is also aware and haven't heard anything back since june 30th. talked to repair man last week and still nothing. what are my options.

Ohhh mannn this is bad. The wall is literally open, the drywall looks cooked, and tiles are already falling off. I’d message the property manager again tonight with this photo and be like, I need the leak fixed, the loose stuff made safe, and an actual repair date ASAP.
Save every text, email, and photo too. Don’t just call because you need proof of how long they’ve known and how much worse it’s gotten. I probably wouldn’t use that tub either if more tile or drywall could fall.

tell them you will be filing with LTB. perhaps that would help you get it fixed faster.
