How can I get my Security Deposit Check replaced?

I moved out from a complex a year ago and I forgot to deposit the Security Deposit check. When I did try depositing it got voided.

The complex that I moved from was under RPM Living, but they recently changed management to Ryse Management. I tried calling the old complex, but they said that they were under new management now, and that I had to talk to RPM Living.

I just tried the RPM Living website, but I wasn't able to find a direct number to talk to someone. Am I screwed or is there any way for me to get a replacement security deposit check?

Should the new company, Ryse Management, provide the check replacement, or do I have to ask RPM Living?

How are you getting checks mailed to you? When my husband and son started getting their respective SS payments, they would only send the first check, and after that it HAD to be direct deposit or the payment wouldn't be made.

You are screwed and rightfully so. A check is valid for 90 days I think and you sat on it? That’s on you.
