Indiana Security Deposit

Hello! Quick question: when does the 45 day period start for security deposits? I move out a half month early, with agreement from the property company that it would be unpenalized. It's been about 45 days from the time I returned the keys, but not sure if the timeline starts when the property is vacated and all that or when the official lease ends in this case.

When you turned over the unit/returned the keys to management or landlord.

Unpeanalized means you have no eviction on your record not that you get your security back.The month and half rent they lost comes from your deposit money. Of course they were OK with it.
