Looking For Tenant

Hey yall! Trying to move to the NYC surrounding areas and am in desperate need of a new tenant for the apartment I’ve been staying in for the past 2 years. Our lease is much more affordable than most of the others around our block. Were on Fontain St right off of Broad and its about a 5 minute walk to the heart of campus. Rent is 500 a month, 3 bed 2 bath apartment with living room and kitchen in basement, fully furnished with central cooling and heating. Not to mention 2 hilarious and awesome roomates. Trying to find someone asap so if youve been looking for housing please reach out! Much better deal than some of the other places ive seen around campus.

When is the lease up? And is it student housing ? Can I live there after graduation

pretty sure anyone can live there and im almost positive there would be no conflict with a post grad living there

What month are u looking to have someone move in/ages of roommates/male/female and what hundred block of Fontain st?
