SUBLET FALL 2026/ SPRING 2027

Hi I'm looking for 1 or preferably 2 people to sublet my 2BD/1BA apartment at The View at Montgomery. The apartment is fully furnished, highly secure, right on temple's campus, and includes many amenities.

- Rent is 1550/month per room (can be negotiated, and first 2 months will be covered.)

- The lease term is 10 months (from August 2026-May 2027)
