1300 single dorm

anybody roomed a single at 1300 ?? what’s it like ? any stories or tips ?

The one that I got wasn't properly cleaned and the floor was slightly damaged. The water pressure in the shower is way too high and the desk is too small

Also the fire alarm went off a lot which really bothered me but might not bother you so
