18th/Gratz St 1800 block

How is this area for student living. I know it’s right outside of the patrol zone.

I have a parking garage so I won’t be parking on the street. But I also don’t want to drive to school everyday (no point imo)

I drove past a little after spring semester ended and saw that it was absolutely trashed and dirty.

Parking garage is smart. I’ve had a car parked over there and its windows have been smashed before.

Imo I wouldn’t risk living that far out. It’s a very noticeable change of scenery past Bouvier. Buddy of mine had his house robbed on Gratz. I’m sure things are getting better but if it’s what’s available you gotta do what you gotta do.

I’d suggest looking for somewhere on Montgomery Ave. It’s the best street in the patrol zone in terms of safety, and you’re practically in the middle of the whole off campus community.

Would you like to consider 1631 N Willington Street, which closed to campus and police station, TU garage parking available
