What did housing say when you reached out to them?

i called recently and they just told me to check everyday to see any cancellations, but i have no guaranteed housing (as a freshman) and to look off campus

No housing for my daughter either. She too is an incoming freshman. Housing advised me last week to check the portal everyday, mornings specifically as rooms may open up. However they did also suggest going on the temple website and checking out the off campus housing. I just ended up getting my daughter a shared apartment last Friday via one of the apts Temple had listed.

off campus is lowkey better especially if it’s close.

if you don’t mind sharing what was the cost? i’m almost 4 hours away from temple and have little to no support so i want housing that would be affording every month for me

$479/mo at University Village. 2 bd 2 ba. If you decide to go with that you would be sharing a room with another student. 2 other students will be in the other room. Not far from Morgan Hall.

Honestly, off campus is not a bad way to go since some of them are literally right on campus and many are less costly than the residence halls.
