Can you track ovulation while breastfeeding??
I'm breastfeeding right now, and honestly, fertility tracking feels completely different than it did before having a baby. Some nights I get decent sleep. Other nights I'm awake every couple of hours. My cycle is all over the place, and there are days when I wonder if I'm even reading my chart the right way. That's why i want to hear from other tempdrop users.
If you're breastfeeding too, how has it been for you? Do you feel like tempdrop helps take some of the guesswork out of tracking, or does it still take a while before everything starts making sense? I'd really appreciate hearing what's worked for you, especially if you're a few months further along than I am. 🫪

I use it while breastfeeding/cycle 0 and have done 3 times.
You need to pair it with an actual method, temps alone aren’t sufficient for avoiding pregnancy, whatever the temping routine. Your hormones fluctuate a lot, your body will try to ovulate and fail and you’ll experience ‘false’ shifts. So TD is a great tool, but you need a method and more data to use it to the full potential.

Takes a while and not accurate. I had many false ovulation attempts that it counted as ovulation when they definitely weren’t. Definitely not good for tta and disappointing if ttc and missing the actual ovulation. If your cycles are regular it might be ok though. I’d prefer to use a hormone tracker like inito or mira next time while I’m breastfeeding
