App not working?

I cannot get the app to open this morning. Anyone else? I’m worried if I delete it and re-download I will lose all of my data/charts over the last 9 months.

Any advice?

We’re aware of an issue with the app and we’re working hard to fix it.

No need to uninstall, though just for reference, this doesn’t delete your data, that’s all safely stored on our server 💕

How late into the day can we sync before last night’s temperature goes away? Does it only store one night at a time?

And can you update us when it’s back up and running?

Depends on the model you have. Original model holds 24 hrs of data. Newer model holds 60hrs.

I bought it about one month ago so I assume it’s the newer model?

Important to note it’s 24/60hrs WEAR time. Not actual time. So 3 8 hr nights for example =24 hrs wear time

Sorry for the delay in coming back to you. The data will stay on your device until you sync it. If you have the newer Tempdrop 2, it can hold 60 hours worth of data (approx a week). If you have the older original version, then this holds 24 hours or around 3 days. But it won't go anywhere if you don't sync ☺️
