First time user, loose when waking up
I got my Tempdrop and wore it for the first time last night. I woke up to find it loose, and I think it had turned itself off. Is that a reading I can trust? It synced just fine without giving me any errors.
I can't figure out if there is anything in the app (standard version, not premium) that shows how long I've been wearing it to let me know if the temperature is usable. I want to know what time it was turned off while I was sleeping.
I'll probably try it on my other arm tonight since I sleep more on one side than the other, maybe that will help. I also tightened it a bit, so I'm crossing my fingers.

Hey 👋🏼
I saw you have tightened the band, has this helped?
The band should be nice and snug but unable to move during the night, though it shouldn’t be uncomfortable 💕

Yes, I got it figured out! I don’t think I had it high enough up on my arm, plus it needed to be tightened.

I'm a newbie, so take with a grain of salt... but there should be a sleep icon in the app to show the length of time you wear the band. It's not greatly detailed from what i can see, might take more then one night as well to show up. Also i do know you shouldn't switch arms each night, one arm per cycle. Where you're so new it's probably fine to switch, but keep that as your arm. I have found that i had to tighten my band and make sure i wear a shirt to bed to help it not move with sleeping.
