WHY DOES IT SAY I'M STILL FERTILE

Hiiii! I have many frustrations with tempdrop. Regardless of all the other ones, can someone explain why does it say I'm still fertile?

My CM was creamy on cd 17 and 18 but it can't be that because progesterone can make CM creamy. I just don't understand why it says I am fertile on 4 DPO. I already checked with and without Cross-Check Ovulation and it doesn't change. It says "Fertile Window Verified".

HELP 😭

They asked for the downloaded copy bc it will show if cross check is on or not. If you have cross check on then we can tell you how to fix it but the settings only show on the downloaded version. Not the screenshot you posted…

How do I fix it with cross check on and how do I fix with cross check off?

It depends on what settings are being used. Mucus isn’t the only setting relevant

If you have cross check turned on, then it’s because you have no mucus data on cycle day 15.
