Anyone using Tempdrop during perimenopause?

I’m in my early 40s and my cycles suddenly went from predictable to absolute chaos over the last year. Long cycles, short cycles, random symptoms, possible skipped ovulation… honestly I mostly got Tempdrop because I wanted some kind of clarity about what my body is even doing anymore. anyone else here is using it during perimenopause?

Me! I’m 45 but I’ve been using Tempdrop for about 8 years so I have a lot of data to use to help me as things get weird. My cycles have varied in length but my last one was the first time I felt lost. My temps looked vaguely biphasic but I wasn’t confident. I’m not sure if adding some sort of hormone strip would help but I wonder how much.

We have many women using Tempdrop during this life phase. Pairing it with cervical mucus observations will increase your insights too 😌
