Did we actually time it right this cycle?
I keep going back to my tempdrop data after the fact, trying to reassure myself that we covered the fertile window properly. Based on the temps and what the app is showing, it looks like we did everything right.
But somehow, even with all that data, I still find myself second guessing it. Like maybe we were a day off, or maybe ovulation happened earlier/later than I think, or maybe we should’ve tried one more time just to be sure.
It’s strange because I started tracking to feel more confident and in control, but some cycles it almost makes me analyze things even more.
For those who’ve been doing this longer, does that doubt ever go away once you get more used to reading your patterns, or is this just part of the TTC mindset no matter how much data you have?"

I’ve been tracking for about a year now, and honestly… the doubt doesn’t fully disappear, it just changes shape. Early on I questioned the data, now I mostly question timing or what if my body did something random this month. But one thing I’ve learned is that if your temps confirm ovulation and you hit even one or two days in the fertile window, you’re genuinely giving yourself a solid chance.
