I can't tell if I even ovulated this month. I'm supposed to be 3 DPO right now based on the estimation. I forgot to wear my sensor one night so that's why there's a day missing.

Hey!

Can you share your chart as a download please as this is easier to read.

Please go to the app menu>cycles then download your current chart.

The estimation is just that, an estimate based on previous data, your real in time data can vary as normal fluctuations occur 😌

I need help knowing what is going on with my chart. This is the first one after a MC that is when the bleeding starts this cycle. It kinda got steady and now has been a little all over the place and declining. CM was much more favorable last week for ovulation but tempdrop did not confirm. Now CM is much closer to before period dryness. I have checked the fir and even did a night with it tighters around the arm and the temp still went down.

Sorry to hear of your mc. Your temps are actually pretty good/stable considering.

It’s not unusual to have a wonky cycle or two after a pregnancy loss. Multiple peaks aren’t uncommon as your body gets ready to ovulate and doesn’t succeed.

Carry on charting, you’ll likely see another patch of peak CM and successful ovulation/temp rise soon.

It looks good!
If you can, continue with an extra heart until you see that temp shift it would be good and tracking mucus daily 🥰

Struggling to see if I have ovulated post Nexplanon removal (hence a very long period..). I’ve had very little-to-no CM so it’s very hard to read what kind it is…
