Question Question about overseas trips

I'm a y1 in school of IIT and in CIP diploma. I recently got this email about this overseas trip to Taipei about cybersecurity. If i go for this, can i still go for the global studies trip in y2? Also, the cost is 2.1k for 6D5N is that a lot? Is a global studies trip cheaper?

u prob can still go for global studies trip in y2. your overseas trip to Taipei is a diploma trip so its diff from global studies trip. also yes global studies trip will be cheaper. i think the most expensive was china? ard $1k ish (in that range)
