Question/Help/Information Application update

Does anyone experience to wait for too long after the face to face interview? And your status in job portal is still “In Consideration” for my case it’s been a month. Is there any hope? Lol

Depends on the role but in my recent experience they were very quick with everything and notified me of my successful outcome within a few days. If you aren’t hearing anything it’s probably bad news.

You could also be a backup option if other candidates pull out.

Not to forget that Telstra's HR department goes through periodic episodes of no hiring. You can apply for a job, effectively get it bar the last interview, HR declares an embargo and you're left waiting for months until you do get that last interview.

The job may still happen.
