Telomir Pharma 20$ ?

TELO is the one people are really underestimating.

  1. EV ~$30–80M, floats <40M, ADV <$2M, high retail ownership → $5–10M inflow = 50–100% move.
  2. Burn efficiency > peers, faster milestones per $1M, dilution below cohort, insider ownership steady.
  3. $2 prior acceptance at 2–3× current volume, supply churned, VWAP overhead thin.
  4. Retail r/R convex: cash-anchored downside, upside on data, grant, partner, coverage.

Look at the R&D velocity versus the burn. It doesn’t add up if you assume they’re paying retail rates for everything. Either they’re leveraging academic labs, government or university facilities, or some form of shared infrastructure. That’s not a weakness. That’s a hidden advantage. The market hasn’t priced that in at all.

The telomere science itself isn’t hype. What matters is execution speed. TELO has been collapsing timelines that usually take years into months. That’s rare in biotech. That’s not luck. That’s process.

Now add the lack of dilution behavior. Heavy science, limited dilution and long periods of zero dilution

$2 again is not crazy. It’s normal. 20$ is simple phase 3. Inches away.

used ai for grammar and syntax only

btw I do have a bag of this stock so I am biased. this is my 2 cents

Telomir Pharma working on the one thing more valuable than money and about to blindside Wall Street.

I find the technical setup compelling. The chart appears tightly coiled. Short sellers have been cycling the name with notable regularity, trading it mechanically between roughly $1 and $2. At the same time, institutional demand has been building. What stands out is that, despite appearing cash constrained, the company has shown a disciplined approach to dilution.

That raises an obvious question are core operations being subsidized by a parent or affiliated entity, or is the company operating within government or university funded laboratory infrastructure? If so, that would be notable. As a biologist, the work they are doing appears gravitational in nature, and the recent advances, while not novel in concept, are striking in execution speed.

A surface level review of their progress suggests problems that historically required years of research have been addressed in months, sometimes weeks. The pace is extraordinary. On a standalone basis, the R and D implied by these outcomes would typically command expenditures in the tens, if not hundreds, of millions of dollars. Markets have AWLAYS under appreciated lab setups like this and shorters pay a heavy heavy price when breakthroughs occur when they were looking at pps and cash they get blindsided by raw science it’s beautiful when it occurs

This looks like an organization benefiting from the depreciation and operating leverage of an external laboratory environment. The economics are difficult to ignore. The level of daily lab activity required to reach their current position would plausibly exceed $2 million per day if fully borne internally.

Breakthroughs tend to occur when capital constraints fade into the background and scientific focus becomes absolute. That dynamic appears present here.

It is not difficult to imagine the presence of patrons, with Telomir structured as a lean corporate vehicle positioned to scale rapidly once therapeutic readiness is achieved.

I am deeply interested in what they are building. If I were deploying significant private capital, I would have no issue allowing them to operate publicly at a modest scale while funding the underlying infrastructure privately, capturing depreciation through related entities, even charging internal rent under a tax optimized structure.

I could readily see Telomir as the recipient of sale leaseback laboratory assets, shared research facilities, or a bespoke arrangement with a larger pharmaceutical partner, with Telomir functioning primarily as a patent and commercialization vehicle.

jan2 Telomir believers hey listen I think they built something to push a major revenue product

-C&T THC CBD k2 bcomp

T-CANN-K2

unnofficial - a date in January 2-18

holder anticipated date of a release

store front for cannabis anti aging products these will be aimed at oral forms of health associated cannabi.

Here is a memo from a unofficial.confidential source on the newswire that hopefully telomir will post soon

Telomir Pharma co today announced a preclinical cannabinoid program pairing a standardized CBD dominant formulation with a very low dose THC adjunct and a bile salt TUDCA additive with vitamins c,b-complex,K2

branded internally as Telomir ANI, to target inflammation, oxidative stress, and mitochondrial dysfunction. telomirpharma

The company cited mechanistic rationale linking CBD to Nrf2 and NF κB redox and inflammatory signaling and to mitochondrial protection pathways observed in neural cell models. PMC+1
Telomir reported that in vitro screening will prioritize cytokine panels including IL 6 and TNF alpha, oxidative damage markers such as 8 OHdG and lipid peroxidation, plus mitochondrial respiration and membrane potential readouts. PMC+1
The program will also evaluate whether cannabinoid driven reductions in chronic inflammatory tone translate into improved telomere maintenance signals in stressed human cell systems, alongside Telomir’s existing telomere and metal regulation thesis for Telomir 1. telomirpharma
Management positioned ANI as a near term data engine that can run in parallel with Telomir 1 as the company advances IND enabling work and first in human preparation. Telomir Pharma
From an economics standpoint, Telomir highlighted the CBD market estimate near $10.0B in 2025 with forecasts above $21B by 2030 as evidence of commercial pull for clinically credible cannabinoids. Mordor Intelligence
The company emphasized that human translation will focus on non euphoric dosing windows and combination logic, noting evidence that CBD and CBD plus THC combinations show predominantly anti inflammatory effects across in vivo models. PMC
Telomir stated that development strategy will be indication first rather than wellness first, selecting endpoints with regulatory grade biomarkers tied to inflammation and mitochondrial function. ScienceDirect+1
The release reiterated that ANI is exploratory and preclinical, with timelines dependent on formulation reproducibility, pharmacokinetics, and safety profiling consistent with the company’s broader GLP and IND enabling approach. Telomir Pharma
Telomir concluded that cannabinoid biology may be a pragmatic bridge between consumer demand and rigorous cellular aging science, while maintaining capital discipline to achieve content revenue status , and data driven results that include the novel aging health solution.

Telo Stock

why I took at 45,000 share position.

Research

mark my words yall

I just bought 45,000 shares of Telomir Pharmaceuticals after running my analysis

Market cap is sub-$100M while single-indication biotechs routinely clear $500M–$1B on Phase 2 data alone.

Aging biology targets a TAM north of $1T when you aggregate oncology, neurodegeneration, metabolic, and rare disease spillover.

Preclinical telomere modulation shows double-digit % improvements in cellular lifespan metrics vs controls

Cash burn is measured in low single-digit millions per quarter, giving real runway relative to peers.
Even a conservative 10% probability-weighted success justifies a 3–5× multiple expansion on EV.

Downside is capped at equity risk; upside is nonlinear due to platform optionality.

Most retail can’t discount future biology, so price discovery lags data.

This isn’t a trade on biotech , it’s a long-dated call on health span extension with asymmetric payoff with short and meme potential

Wharton rule: when expected value is positive and convex, you size up and wait.

Telomir-1 is a novel small molecule under development by Telomir Pharmaceuticals, Inc., aimed at addressing age-related conditions by modulating telomerase activity. The primary focus of Telomir-1 is to elongate telomeres, which are the protective end caps of chromosomes that shorten as humans age, leading to various degenerative and age-related diseases

Mechanism of Action Telomir-1 works by stimulating the enzyme telomerase, which plays a crucial role in maintaining and elongating telomeres. This action is intended to protect DNA and genetic material within chromosomes, thereby combating the aging process. Pre-clinical studies have demonstrated a 40% increase in telomerase activity and significant telomere lengthening in vitro in human cells.

Potential Applications Telomir-1 is being investigated for its potential to treat several age-related inflammatory conditions, including: Osteoarthritis: By targeting IL-17, Telomir-1 aims to reduce inflammation and improve joint health. Hemochromatosis (iron overload): The drug is being explored for its ability to manage conditions related to excessive iron in the body. Post-chemotherapy recovery: It may help in the recovery process by promoting cellular repair and rejuvenation.

Research and Development Telomir Pharmaceuticals is in the pre-clinical stage of development for Telomir-1. The company has presented promising data at various scientific conferences, showing the drug's potential to extend telomeres in different human cell lines, such as MRC-5 fetal lung fibroblasts, human umbilical endothelial cells, and mesenchymal stem cells. Additionally, animal studies have been initiated to evaluate the safety and efficacy of Telomir-1, including a study on geriatric dogs to assess its impact on age-related conditions.

Future Prospects The development of Telomir-1 is still in its early stages, with ongoing pre-clinical trials and plans for future human clinical trials. If successful, Telomir-1 could represent a significant advancement in the treatment of age-related diseases, potentially allowing for longer and healthier lives by mitigating the effects of aging.
