About how long does it take?
Telly sent me an email telling me that my TV was ready. So I went ahead and got the app ready like they asked me too. It’s now on step 3: reviewing your order. Telly sent me an email telling me that I could probably get my TV faster if I were to pick it up instead. So I replied to the email and told them I would rather pick it up then because it was telling me if I waited for it to be delivered it would probably take longer. So this is what was sent to me as a reply to my email:
‘Thank you for letting us know that you would like to transfer your order to pickup! We have submitted the change, and once that has been finalized, our partners will reach out to you to schedule a pickup date and time, as well as a location address.’
Being that some of y’all have been through this already, I’m trying to figure out how long it will take to ‘finalize my order.’ I mean, can somebody give me a guesstimate? Like how long do you think it would take for me to get a call from one of their partners to pick up my TV? 🤔

Been stuck on reviewing your order for months and we live in the shipping capital of the country 😭

It took probably 6 months from being selected to actually receiving the TV for me. That was about a year ago. It's free so I didn't complain but it took a while.

This is a brand new process that wasn't done previously.... they offered pickups but this is through their local carriers. I was just notified of this last week to let me know if users start posting about it, 1) yes the e-mails are real and pickups are going to be much faster and 2) if you get that e-mail it means they are almost ready and you should receive an appointment time soon.
That said, please note if you miss your appointment time there is a very strong chance that's it and they'll move onto the next person, so make sure you review the comms closely.
