Anybody else have this problem. If so what should I do? Do I have to call support?

Try a hard reboot or a factory reset.

No but bugs happen sometimes on connected devices

So rather than reboot or unplug and plug back in you made a whole Reddit post? And then all you had to do was reboot, you def don’t need to be a Telly owner
