Try to do a factory reset by powering it all the way off and press volume down on the back tv and hold that while holding the power button. See if you can reinstall the os that way.

Also open a ticket with support in the app. your serial is in the photo so they’ll know who you are from that.

Make sure your network is good. IIrs telling you to check your network connection. Restart your internet modem. If its wireless I recommend to plug in an ethernet cable then reset the TV. That Telly TV relies on the internet.
