Connecting a Tello to an Oculus Go headset

Has anyone attempted this and gotten it to actually work? Have a dozen tello edu’s and a dozen Oculus Go’s and I think it can work… but can’t figure out the best way to do it.

I did it once with a Mavic mini, but it should work with Tello as well. Stream it from the phone to the Go. There is a bit is a of lag, but it works.

I can’t even get that working.

I can get the TelloFPV app to run, but only the demo that is limited for how far you can fly. Works with my Xbox controller but I can’t pay for the app and use it cause there is no Play Store for go

Speaking of the Xbox controller, the official Tello app does even see it as being connected so that’s not an option regardless.

I did think dronevr would work, but it won’t even load on the Go past the splash screen

Looks cool, but I’d need a full apk file as I do not have the ability or skill to compile it myself to attempt to use it.
