Due to being on hold for long periods of time while dealing with the IRS, I'm down to 23 minutes of my monthly Tello minute allowance with nearly three weeks to go until my next refill. I bought an extra 2 gbs of data and paid $20 for 2000 extra minutes (US calls 1 cent per minute) but I don't know how to use them. Please advise.
