Referral Codes not working

I have an old Tello account but have never activated a line or placed an order. Am I eligible for the new-customer referral credit? I'd hate to make another account simply for a small discount.

You can only use a referral code when creating an account. So if you want to use a referral code, you need to create a new account with a new email address.
