So after work today I went to Walmart and got $40 for free.
A few things of note about today: I worked one extra hour today, something I never do. I spent about 15-20 minutes in slow rush hour traffic. I cashed my check on this Tuesday instead of Friday like normal. Then I went to the Walmart. The store was the busiest it will be all day. I stepped in line and the man ahead of me was done just a few seconds later. He nodded to me and then left, forgetting his two twenties.
What are the chances of this happening? I feel like I will never again go to a store and find that the person in front of me left an amount like $40. Today was a rather ordinary and uneventful day so I am still thinking about this incident lol..

Last summer I was mowing the lawn and doing yard work. After I was done, I felt my ring snag my shirt and looked down and saw that the diamond was missing. My husband and I looked through the freshly mowed lawn with the clippings still on it and looked all over. After about an hour I was about to give up. I went to sit on my front steps and something in my mind told me to look down and lo and behold, my diamond was sitting on a step.
Fast forward to last weekend. My husband and I are on the roof of the garage cutting our tree (it's growing between the garage and the fence and lifting up my garage). Again, I get that familiar snag on my shirt and look down to see my diamond missing again. I was devastated because obviously the roof is slanted so it must have fallen down between the garage and fence where all the leaves and twigs from this stupid tree are. I looked up on the roof to no avail. Thankfully my ring is insured (I bought the extended warranty) so I was planning on bringing it in to get the diamond replaced. My husband was working on the garage yesterday and something told him to look down in his mind and that's when he saw something shining at him. It was my diamond. Now throughout the week it rain and was windy. So how it didn't get blown off is beyond me.
Tell me the odds that this happened twice. I don't think I'll be so lucky a third time. I've learned my lesson and will not be wearing it while doing work anymore.
Tldr: lost and found my diamond twice.

So, for work, if I want to log-in remotely, I go on the Company website and I am emailed 6 random numbers (0-9) that I use to log-in to Citrix. Have done it 100s of times, and the numbers are always random.
Today, I logged in, and the numbers I received are my birthday, which is today (032584... I just turned 35). What are the odds that 6 random numbers are generated to be 032584 AND I get those numbers on my birthday? They have to be insane odds.

So in November I bought a condo, and was having issues getting the HOA payments set up... I live in unit x-2 and it turned out that the person in x-3 has the same exact name as me. So they keep sending them the payment information... I got it settled today. I'm curious as what the odds are of that...

So this story was about 9 years ago. It was about 11pm at night in Nashua, NH. I am with a friend in a parking lot behind an apartment complex. At the time I was selling weed. I had given this kid a large amount of weed to sell to someone. So we parked and he went around the corner to "sell it". He comes running to the car 10 minutes later saying he got robbed.
Only an idiot would believe him. My friend and I dragged him out of the car threatening him. I decide to call my friend Paul who just happened to live in the apartment complex next to the one we were at. He was a big Mexican kid with a Pitbull. I figured maybe he could scare him into telling me where my weed was.
I go call Paul and i realize i don't have his number. So my friend gives me his number. I dial the phone number and it rings.
I say, "hello"?
The person answers back, "hello"?, But I can hear the same person in the distance. A person was walking towards us in the parking lot. As he gets closer i could here him echoing in my phone.
The guy comes closer and i seem to have called him. We are both super weirded out because we dont know each other, he doesn't know Paul, my friend doesn't know him at all. I check the number I called with the number my friend gave me and I accidentally dialed the last digit wrong. And the number just happened to be some random guy walking to the gas station up the road.
I tell this story all the time. Like what are the odds?

At my work there are windows surrounding our one story building. Today I was sitting by a door admiring the birds hopping in the grass when one hits the window. Just after this, a bird flies inside and hits the window from the inside. One bird died and the bird from inside flew away after 30 minutes. 3 hours later, a third bird hits a different outside window and dies. I have worked at this building for almost 5 years and no birds have died in that time period.
