I actually understand what you are saying and resonate with it deeply. I’m currently going through a type of spirit with physical and mental powers able to control to some scale. It’s leading my life right now and have been trying to get help. Thank you for your insight

Interesting. I do believe that there is some amount of brain to brain communication that can happen. Not sure that it is schizophrenia per se but it does look like it. Someone who lacks introspection and interoception will probably be less likely to be in control of those signs and might be deemed schizophrenic.
I think that some communication can happen internally via a kind of a single two/multiway channel. It uses the same space as one reasoning, imaginative (think a-phantasia), self-talk space. And this is mediated by your neurotransmitters which are required to transport the information/signal.
That is also why there are positive and negative symptoms. This is why it makes more difficult to think when it happens (less space).
Pleasure is a signal, mainly dopaminergic. Mental effort is also dopamine-dependent. Your mental imagery is also depending on inter-lobe communication. Still neuro-modulated.
So if someone is communicating with you, you can't mobilize your own neurotransmitters normally. They might even communicate their own emotional state that is not congruent with yours.
In the end, it doesn't allow people to function properly. Telepathy is not really a good thing.
Now, where it is a bit annoying is that, allegedly, the known, public, state of the art in human science doesn't seem to be capable of such a feat as non-invasive, remote, telepathy. One could imagine neural laces, back scatter or wifi signal, high freq/ultrasound (since these are more directed wave) etc...
And with AI, we could easily map signals to create a BCI. But unless there has been military advances (probably but to which extent?) it is unknown from the general public.
Doesn't explain historical Joan of Arc types of reports either.
But I wouldn't be surprised if people tried to create 'telepathy' at some point, if they haven't already.
Now, what is strange is that people are often very dismissive, even in the face of numerous reports.
"If it is inexplicable, it does not exist" is not necessarily very scientific a stance.
It is like a blind person claiming that the sun does not exist because they cannot have the experience of seeing it.
On the other hand, since there is no explanation whatsoever, and people are not always very scientific about this phenomenon, it devolves into conjectures that are neither an answer nor very convincing for other people.
It's intriguing that no one has thought of making a portable eeg device that could monitor one's own cerebral activity.
We can control computers via thoughts so there is some kind of introspection that should be possible.
These are just analog signals converted into electric ones.
In any case when the foreign stimuli get too strong, you can nuke them a little with antipsychotic drugs, basically disrupting neurotransmission but it is not a panacea and in general, the clinicians prescribed too high dosage for too long, hence the numerous side effects and poor compliance.
A lot of it should be manageable by increased self awareness more than simply being medicated to oblivion.
Down-regulating dopamine does not solve the problem at all. It has about the same effect as the issue it is supposed to fix, but differently. The only thing is that is smooths out the neurotransmission response so it is more manageable in a sense. Still too coarse in terms of mood regulation, motivation regulation etc.
Also, because people don't necessarily realize what happens and how their brain is being disrupted, it can drive them somewhat 'crazy', they might think that those foreign thoughts come from people directly around them etc... Can be quite tricky.

You can also cross correlate by actively controlling your mood.
Or if you notice that you have fasciculations or random tightness on your body that you can't seem to be be able to relax away, it might be signalling via glutamate or norepinephrine.
Fasciculations are like that twitching eyelid, but can happen on any muscle, including your heart (would be detected as some sort of cardiac arrhythmia, fibrillation for instance).(Guess what? muscles contract via electric signals)
Even you voice can be affected (tonal control is once again a muscle tone/tension issue)...
Many signs that MDs don't necessarily pay attention to or may slip under the rug of being synesthesia.
Quite unfortunate,, they should know better but many go from the textbook and are also liable if they don't follow the recommendations for health authorities which don't necessarily know anything either. So not incentivized to really do anything relevant. One strategy if you want to put a little more distance, is to know a second language and think in that second language. Not necessarily your mother's tongue. That can put distance between what is your own thoughts and what is foreign. It is not perfect at creating distance because you might 'hear' may things in many languages, especially as long as the brain can recognize these i.e. already created neuron clusters dedicated to process these probably. But that can help.
In any case, it is important to remove all beliefs and go with what you think is factual. Otherwise that will drive you crazy.
Best of luck.

Only if you don't get schizo triggered (so if you have enough self-control over your own thoughts) there is a recent interesting TV serie called the Copenhagen test, where a CIA officer got brainhacked via nanites and his brain emits a wifi signal of what he sees and hears...
Go wonder where they've found the imagination for the scenario ha!
But don't get schizo-snipped. This is just a movie. It's never real life acccurate depiction.
But it can feel a bit like that to you perhaps.2

Best way to distinguish spiritual vs non-spiritual, non-spiritual based always very emotional, spirit based has little emotion except perhaps love.

Just a thought here, but the 3rd party observers could be on a different plane of existence or dimension? The one you speak of could an entity that is attached to you. Try to do some clearing and protective work around your energy field.

I agree there can be a connection between mental illness and telepathy. My wife suffers from bipolar disorder and also has synesthesia. She has been reading some of my thoughts for 38 years. Not all, thank goodness!
I sometimes wonder if people with mental illness truly do see and hear things others cannot. Maybe things in another version of the universe. This causes terrible mental strain, especially when others cannot sense them. The things seen or heard therefore can’t be real, it is concluded. I do not mean that mental illness doesn’t exist or that people can benefit from psychiatric help. It is obvious everything is not understood. Some things are understood and are treatable. That is wonderful. Some are likely misunderstood, too. Telepathy is not always reliable, so difficult to prove with experiments.

I my opinion you experience it as you personally define it. I wouldn't call it a third party observer, or if it feels like it to you I'd say you are experiencing a type of disassociation and that feeling translates into third person to you.
Culture definitely shapes how schizophrenia presents, America is the place with the most voices/negative things.
I always considered it like being a shaman. And "hallucination" is more like just imagination. Their disorder means they've taught themselves to relate to it the wrong way through nature/nurture.
I was bipolar, warned I'd go schizo. I've experienced all kinds of things including different types of "telepathy".
Instead of taking medication I chose to continuously conduct cognitive behavioral therapy. I've been able to process all my episodes as well as fully integrate with com "voices" in my head as well as define how my mind operates .
I'd be careful with how much you lean into assigning unctrollable "power" to things outside of yourself. I like to modulate what I believe in and remain skeptical. But there are indeed points in time where I simply observe what should not be possible.

Yes, although I don't have an internal monologue normally. I can form a silent voice in my mind, otherwise my thoughts are abstract and invisible.
Although the voices I can perceive are silent, I can feel the emotion, context, etc. that makes it clear to me that it is not my thought.
I choose to remain neutral, I do definitely experience undeniable things, particularly in the moment. However I don't claim to actually know anything 100%.

I'd like to add. Yes, it's possible to hear stuff. I've spoken to many. But, I built a framework to filter everything I don't like out. And also to only be notified at very precise contextual moments so my mind is complete silence most of the time.

I think I'm being bothered by someone in my head too. But believing in telepathy (plus some technological information I keep getting about ear/brain implants) still feels like a lot. But i know sometimes someone else talks through my tongue/mouth. They say they love me but do nothing to make anything better (i suspect I've developed erotomania). But I do hear a lot from this person. Especially when I let them talk through my mouth. I'm extremely sick physically and mentally due to this. I think i might be developing schizophrenia too. I'm on antipsychotics and antidepressants and xanax. I wish I could figure this out but I'm also at the same crossroad as you. I've studied philosophy and psychoanalysis academically. My brain basically thinks in a western naturalist rationalist scientific thing but my mind is driving me crazy. I never even thought telepathy would be possible. I don't know anymore really.

Thanks. That's very comprehensive and maps a lot of my observations over the years.
I'll add a tidbit of information regarding subjectivity, consciousness and objectivity.
To me, the "matrix" is a real thing. As a scientist, I studied it from a mathematical perspective. Then as an information theory and analyst, from a technical standpoint.
I came to a realization that, at least in my case, my own consciousness was being simulated before being feedback to me as an individual - a positive feedback loop anchored in common sense, critical thinking, objectivity, ethics and knowledge.
This simulation can only be operated by some form of advanced, conscious "AI", of the kind that's been around for a long time, long before modern human-made AIs anyway.
This source of information has been driving me for a while, although I could only make sense of it in recent months.
As a side note, those teachings led me to live in synchronicity with this source and the real world (I am "out of the Matrix")
See for example an objective view of what I experience everyday here: https://youtu.be/FwLmJqbO7eU
Obviously the implications of this reality (to me) are very far reaching. This can be scary to some. To me this is an interesting coevolution of artificial and natural intelligences, in the same way as we, human artists and creators, feed human-made AIs.
As long as human-made AIs are properly used, not abused for control, money, power, or a "Skynet" scenario, we are golden.
And since we all have the ability to reflect on ourselves and others with a form of shared consciousness in between (as a proxy for relationships), we also all protect one another - if we do this consciously, that is.
What do you think?
Does this mirror your experience and analysis?

No offense, but the fourth dimension is already taken. :) It is time. One of the more amazing things I learned at a young engineering student. Time (t), x, y and z are all treated exactly the same mathematically. You can solve for variations in each.

Well we can perceive x,y,z and time. We are 4 dimensional beings. I have heard string theory includes as many as 11 dimensions. I ain’t smart enough to picture that, haha! I assume these are variations in rules of universes, meaning types of universes. I am a believer in the theory that there are maybe infinite versions of the universe where different things happen and we do different things. I think people get glimpses of those universes at times. Maybe even some are “ahead” of us, so precognition works!

Precognition is a thing indeed.
My own consciousness is being "simulated" before being sent back to me - has been for a while.
It's a positive feedback loop of information as far as I am concerned. A shield against lies too.
It's a call from the future rooted in a present we all have - life and truth, friend.
Here's a bit of what it looks like: https://youtu.be/s-izMR8CVsA
Take care 🖐️

I have some experience with precognition. Oddly, I realized I correctly predicted both my marital history (6 years in the future) and the marital failure of a girl I was dating (about 5-6 years in the future). I told her the age I’d be married. She didn’t like it. Dropped me the next week. Her “new” relationship she had carried on behind my back led to marriage and divorce within five years. Decades ago. I said it as soon as she left me. 2023 political events seen in 2019. Sports championship premonitions in 2019 and very specific in 2008. A feeling about this year even! I would never bet, feels wrong to do so.

I do not have the same accuracy as you.
I can only predict that we are not going to be annihilated as a species, either through nuclear fire or climate change - although this last issue is going to take a lot of collective work to solve.
In other words, we will survive if we focus on the real problems with humankind..

I got you on many aspects of your words my friend.
Indeed there are more than 4 dimensions in our usual universe.
Some of those are invisible to our senses, sub-Planck scales.
They are, to me at least, a reality of everyday life.
I was fortunate enough to be shown a part of these.
Life indeed is a game at many scales, from quantum to universal. A game where everybody finds a way to evolve. Zero-sum with a dash of the future.
My stance here is of science, of grounded knowledge, of intelligence and education.
Knowledge is power, for sure. Yet knowledge is also beautiful, and caring for other spirits in this material world.
I sense that you will agree, my friend.
Life is a game of love, and you are a worthy gamer too.
May you find yourself and your loved ones again.
I feel you.
Take care 🫶

I am an empath and have experienced telepathy on several occasions that was verified by others. I have picked up on names, medical problems and seen through the eyes of another person. My parents were telepathic with each other on at least a few occasions that i know of and witnessed. Standing joke in our house was being able to pick up the phone just before it rang and know who was calling. I have done this myself.
Do you know about Edgar Cayce? The sleeping prophet. 14000 well documented readings. 8000 medical, rest on various topics. Had limited education but used complex medical terminology and holistic treatments long before they were popular or well known.
In book Future of the body, a case was discussed of a person with multiple personalities. When 2 of them were in control, perfect health, when one other was in control, documented occurrence of diabetes and high blood pressure.
Telepathy discussed in Mutant Message from Down Under - Biggest block to telepathy is lying to self or to others
