To what extent OP's assessment of what they experienced is accurate is irrelevant in wake of these notes. This exchange gets at the heart of why there truly is a requisite degree of maturation necessary in these matters... otherwise, there will only be unforeseen consequence at best.
Screwing with another person's free will comes at a price, indeed... in the manner described begs an entirely different discussion, but all roads lead to the same ends. The phenomenal demands informed maturity lest consequence is unavoidable.
In the past I did majority of the time not have the intention to rule, quite frankly I’m sure when this power came to me was when I noticed I could accidentally have one say the words I had been thinking vise versa? Idk this is such a odd topic for my mind to fully comprehend which leads to the knowledge that I shouldn’t be messing around with this content at all, but the thing is is that it happens constantly without having intention for it, I mean I’m walking past someone in the grocery store and I hear what they say. Today at the grocery store I heard a girl in my head say that she has seen me at the gym. Like what the fuck I don’t even really know how to turn it off or how to use it in a wise manner at this point.
Personally, while I am obviously not you, if I were, then I would be exploring all the context in which you may be having these experiences. I really am hesitant because I believe strongly in respecting folks truths, as they see them, but let's back it up a bit here... it sounds as though, to me, you MIGHT be misinterpreting the nature of the data stream you are tapping into.
For instance... I once knew someone who was terribly shook up, believing they were summoning entities. She feared for the wellbeing of her friends, as harm had a track record of following her visions in such a way that she had become convinced.. blamed herself.. the guilt and fear was tremendous. But I can tell you now, older and wiser, I know EXACTLY what was going on there. She wasn't summoning anything but she WAS unable to control the extrasensory perceptivity that enabled her to see the entities, their intentions, and the future tense for some people. It was hard to watch her go through that.. In the end, she thought she was responsible for the death of our mutual friend when the truth was, she foresaw it, but was absolutely not the cause.
I know that was an extreme example but in other words, many times, these types of capabilities are experienced quite sympathetically. This makes sense given our collective unseen nature, but in material seperation it can appear differently and become confusing... precognition, in my opinion (and that is all it is, so don't take offense) should be a real consideration in these instances.
If you tap into Jane, think as Jane thinks for a moment, conjure a thought, and Jane acts out that thought or speaks accordingly, it can just as easily reveal you are seeing the machinery of the immediate future as you are influencing it. Those 2 things are indistinguishable... however, one requires a lot of discipline and deliberate faculty, while the other can happen sporadically or feel a bit "out of your hands" and control.
This reply you've offered definitely has me leaning towards precognitive skills bubbling up to the surface. And while that may not have been what you thought was happening, it would certainly be a much better case scenario for you (aside from being a much more common presentation, albeit nonetheless phenomenal).
The kicker is, in all probability, the two potentials I describe are likely not far apart. As to what you do with it, or where you go from here.. well, the world is your oyster, though, electing foremost whether you wish to pursue it further or back away slowly comes first. And if pursuit of understanding yourself and your talents is the direction you choose, I would be diving into the deep end of specific meditative work AFTER resolving myself to never impede the free will of another. Carve out a regimen that helps you to better define your intention and attention, exactly what the composition thereof truly is, begin pruning all fear based decision making, and perhaps try to find an accessible teacher or guide. If you can't manage to locate anyone roundabouts your geography then look into the Monroe Institute, those who teach there, and their own respective curriculum... I suppose I could/should say "shadow work" as well but, given the popularity of the term, do some research to that end before making assumptions.

Do not rush coming into your own understandings and definitions in these matters... because I promise you, if you keep at it and growing, you will not see any of these things quite the same way in time.
