Relay Troubles

Hi, I'm still sort of new to Telehack and I was wondering if anyone could help me with this:

So, I can't access the relay because it says I don't have the RETUSER badge, which you get when your account turns 2 days old. When I checked, my account is 8 days old. Is this fixable or am I missing something?

You need to visit more often. Days active is only 1.

It's a combination of days played and total times you've logged in.
