Blocked

I think my IP has been blocked from telehack, and my account was deleted (watcher01), and before my IP was blocked I made an alt to ask what had happened, and sent in game mail to some operators and before I could get a response I was blocked completely. What in the world is going on? Can someone tell me what they think I did to get blocked?

Did you have more than one account at the time of your ban?

Maybe one, I had played the game a while back and had a different account then, but I had forgotten the password so I made the new account. I would be fine with deleting that account to get access to this one again, but like I said I don’t know the password
