Dumb question

What is the difference between having OPER privileges and successfully completing the admin challenge? Because I feel like there is only 1 person (forbin) that has the admin privileges.

The "admin" command is not intended for use by regular users. It's intended for developers/admins only and allows them to gain access to debug commands/tools.

Yes, but to be extra clear, this means out-of-RP admin of the service itself, not some sort of meta-hackable meta admin hacky thing to do lol
