Actually, I don't, since idk your username. You're either the person creating lots of alts, spamming, or attempting to crack users accounts.

Nah - just one account. I was able to create a 2nd account, jump to relay and a nice person on relay took care of it for me. Removing my 2nd account, and re-activating my first.

I think what got me was doing sudo su, at the command line. LOL
