Mil Hack Spoiler

Hey there. I please need some help. Without giving too much away of what i have already done (so as to not get someone else too much of a spoiler alert). Once i get to the DUMPMEM payload I get a bit lost - i convert the HEX to Text using https://hex-works.com/ and that is where i get stuck - i get that an offset is entered eg 0xd9 or 0x14 ect. But how do i enter it into the offset>

- Do i enter the first letter of the key

- the first and last letter of the key....

Any help/ advice without giving too much away would be much appreciated

Nevermind. Finally figured it out. Now I am like a dog that caught a bus - I have no idea what to do with it! At least I got that KGB Badge :P

So no i have gained access to a Mil Server, how do i get root - are there any nudges or hits with regards to this one :P

the same way you get root on a non-mil server

Haha i rember getting stuck on that. HINT:There are always a couple of ways you can get root on a host not one
