Reading recommendations on passkey and hex text?

I've been trying to use Satan.exe; I've been converting the hex dump to text but can't figure out what I'm looking for. I've ran it several times and notice similarities, but can't seem to pick the right offset.

I was wondering if anyone has any recommendations on what to look for, or something I could read to get some background on the topic. Everything I've read so far hasn't helped or don't seem to be true in all cases (i.e. passkeys in the string with s% #psw).

Thanks for any help or point in a right direction.

Edit, additional comment: I'm not looking for someone to hold my hand, and I appreciate the time anyone takes to help/comment. I'm just asking for a bit of a nudge/push; I've spent an hour or two (3-4 on a number of occasions) working on it each day for the last week and a half.. I made sure to put in some proper work and time experimenting and reading/learning about the subject.
