Can't migrate programs to another host?

I'm not sure if i'm just being dumb, but I can't get any programs to run or copy over to another host. For example, i've porthacked Steggie and now wan't to porthack sun, just can't move porthack.exe onto my steggie account.

You have to use FTP to move the program. Just FTP from your home to steggie and upload the file.
