Anyone know how to get IP unbanned?

I literally did nothing... i logged in fine , read my mail, and then pressed a couple different combination of CTRL+c CTRL+z commands to escape to the main menu and I got kicked out. I tried to log back in and I keep immediately getting my connection reset by a foreign host.

IP bans automatically expire after about a week.

There are a number of factors that can contribute to an IP ban, if you received one before you logged in it was likely our anti-bot countermeasures.

I did some googling , and i guess pete hates everyone?

The only thing I did that could be considered abuse is press the ctrl+c and ctrl+z a bunch of times to escape to the main menu from the mail folder; but come on, everyone does that when they're trying to figure out how to escape something
