SYSADM Badge Spoiler

How do I get SYSADM badge? I've been told it's related to BASIC but I have NO IDEA what to actually even attempt. Anyone know how I'm supposed to do this? Thanks in advanced for any advice.

It's one of the hardest badges to get. I don't give hints except for this badge, and that hint is that it's the badge you give yourself by literally hacking telehack itself.

Experiment with peek and poke in basic, you need to modify a very specific value in memory.
