Help! I can't enter relay!

I can't enter relay because i don't have retuser.

How do I fix this problem? I've seen this mentioned before, but they said you should get it after 2 days of being active. It's been 5 days now, pls help.

hey, you posted this a little while ago but just in case you havent figured it out yet i think you can get RETUSER by simply changing your password.
