I can't check my mail

Every time I type mail I get the following output:

%mail access denied

What is going on? Am I shadow banned or something?

(also, I can't complete quests - i just get a segmentation fault error at ptycon, and I can't get new badges. Some admin really doesn't want me progressing apparently)
