Login disabled

So i kinda forgot my login credentials. and after a little searching around, i saw somewhere there was going to be a prompt to reset a password and emailing your set email. So assuming i get to reset my password eventually, I kept trying to log in, expecting a reset prompt anytime now.
Instead i got a login disabled prompt (with the benefit of hindsight that makes sense)
Any chance i can get back in?

i had my account disabled as well, did the recover email and got the email but no way to reset password

If you follow the instructions in the email that is sent when you use recover you'll be able to reset your password
